Making A Purchase

Ordering from Ripples Online is really easy and straightforward.

Simply call +44 (0) 1952 201970 between 9.00 am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

You will also need your credit or debit card details to process the order. Always include your telephone number and email address in case of queries.

For mail order fish purchases we only accept payment over the phone due to having to check varying stock level. Being livestock our stock levels fluctuate daily and we would not like to disappoint anyone if we let enabled fish purchasing directly through the website.

Sale & Special Offers

All special offers and sale items are subject to availability, on a first come first served basis. Please note we are unable to accept returned sale items because they are end of line products and therefore discounted heavily for this reason.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product order or you wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused items within 28 days or purchase.

Just follow these 3 easy steps:

- Simply call us on 01952 201970, between the office hours 9.00am - 5.30pm. Please be ready to quote your order reference or the postcode of the billing address.
- Using the same parcel that the goods arrived in, pack the item(s) to include all the original packaging and a copy of the invoice.
- Send the parcel back to us to the following address: Ripples Waterlife, Unit B2, Stafford Park 11, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3AY

Please Note:

All goods are returned at your own risk and cost and we strongly recommend sending goods by a recorded delivery method.

In the unlikely event of receiving a livestock order where fish are dead on arrival we will require photos of the deceased fish allowing us to easily recognise the quantity you have lost. We will then proceed with a refund or replacement of these fish.

Sale Items

Goods which are discounted in a sale or other form of promotion are non-refundable however goods which are discounted can be returned for an exchange within 7 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Item(s)

In the rare event of an item(s) being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as you receive the goods on 01952 201970 (during office hours of 9:00 - 5:30). Please then post the item(s) back to us, following the guidelines above.

We will refund the cost of the postage to the value of standard delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this) and we will organise the replacement or repair.
